Limited Two-Year Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase of an All Good Equipment Co teardrop trailer!
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product and are pleased to offer you this limited two-year warranty. This warranty is in addition to any warranties provided by other manufacturers for components installed in the trailer.
Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any components or parts that prove to be defective in normal use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear.
Accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Modification or alteration of the trailer.
Failure to follow proper maintenance and care instructions outlined in the owner’s manual.
Damage resulting from use of the trailer for purposes other than its intended use.
Procedure
If you believe your teardrop trailer is experiencing an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
